Description

A test in coloring and after I got the idea that Merman!Russia would wear a scarf of seaweed.  I'm sure there is a kind of seaweed that will cover his neck better, but I couldn't find it and I was kinda sorta pressed for time as this was a vent drawing and that energy needed to go towards the pic.
